Job Description
Create and manage all aspects related to local and global area marketing for the company’s brand in multi-channel marketing across disparate consumer and business segments
Leadership and development of marketing organization along functional verticals: CRM/VOC, branding & strategy, online & interactive, concessions & program development, and creative support services
Identify, develop, and optimize advertising mix across various channels: OOH, mobile, digital and street
Develop and activate monetization strategy across various interactive channels: mobile, desktop, and social media
Lead online and offline concession and box office product conceptualization, creative, implementation, and optimization
Cultivate mutually-beneficial business relationships with local and international partners in various tactical and strategic marketing alliances
Develop fully-integrated pre- and post-launch marketing programs for new cinema locations resulting in successful new site launches
Collaborate with 30-plus member management teams at 10 sites nationwide to create tailored global and local area marketing activities
Successfully launched a comprehensive customer loyalty program
Manage external agency scope of work, contract negotiation, and key deliverables
Strategic contributions to disparate global CJ E&M businesses internal and external stakeholders in preparation for Vietnamese market entry initiatives
Job requirement
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
Bachelors degree in related fields
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout.
