Job Description
Entails daily management of all channels encompassing key areas such strategy, franchise development, processes and governance, performance management, people management, sales management, customer service.
Contribute to establishing the strategy & priorities and report to HQ.
Manage the overall profitability of the current 5 outlets in Hanoi. Expectedly 10 at the end of 2012.
Optimize the overall channels P&L performance as well as other financial KPIs
Manage sales & service channel configuration & accountable for outlet foot print strategies (expansion, marketing events, promotion etc).
Drive new sales revenue and total revenue through increasing market share and customers retentions programs.
Develop a people culture which encourages employees in the daily workplace to provide Customer Service Excellent.
Delivery of brand promise to our customers, tailored across segments (including ensuring overall outlet presentation and ambience as per brand standards)
Ensures that organization structure and people programs are appropriate for the delivery of plans and targets. Clear lines of command and control, delegation of authority etc.
Achieve strategic people requirements and build bench strength in the team
Coach direct reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance
Work with marketing & PR agencies in launching the brand and create marketing events to increase brand’s publicity and awareness
Work closely with business associates such as shopping malls and business group to find opportunities to increase sales.
Working with brand consultant, contractors, and marketing & PR agencies in re-branding our newly franchise business.
Working with commercial leasing agencies such as for expansion plan and negotiate with landlord to ensure that the rental rate is feasible for the business through the studies.
Involvement in the bidding process with contractors and equipments suppliers to ensure that the expenses are within budget for the expansion plan. In addition, coordinates with contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure that the progress is in line with the opening schedule.
Report monthly to HQ on P&L, operation status of the whole company, and market environment through monthly management report and KPI.
Job requirement
Minimum of 10 years experience as a senior Manager within an operation of a similar profile is essential;
Experience in managing and developing large team, multi-outlets.
Highly developed customer service skills coupled with passion and extensive knowledge about restaurant & franchising;
Ability and drive to identify and implement revenue generating campaigns.
Strong attention to details, with the ability to manage competing priorities and apply good judgment, whilst demonstrating exceptional organizational skills;
Strong people management skills - ability to lead a high performing, passionate and engaged team;
Excellence in delivering quality customer service and customer satisfaction ratings including brand standards;
