Job Description
Ensure the smooth operation of 36 outlets (2 brands), country-wide.
Working in partnership with CEO, create the strategic development plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it;
Ensure a smooth situation of operations in head quarter as well as branch and franchising units to meet sales and profit targets;
Providing effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all activities pertaining Operations, HR, Marketing, Product Development and Project & Maintenance;
Prepare and summit an annual operational budget to the CEO for review and approval, manage effectively within the budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered;
Leading a high performing team of regional and functional managers to the next level by further developing and implementing recruitment, coaching, training and retention strategies;
Partner with BOD for the issues involving community, governmental and private organizations;
Ensure all standards and policies of the Company are adhered by in charged departments;
Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Director of all the operating issues and accomplishment.
Review and supervise all the matters related Franchising issues (cooperate with Branch Director);
Ensuring that the Franchising activities operate consistently in accordance with Company standards and policies.
Job requirement
At least 10 years of professional experience overall.
Solid educational background (MBA or similar advanced degree – hospitality industry)
Strong relationship builder and communicator with experiencing diverse work teams, developing and organization wide strategy, partnering with a CEO and BOD.
Strong operational experience.
Skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning, demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
