Job Description
Ensures safe working conditions and that the plant complies with relevant legislation, local requirements and environmental standards
Determined and is responsible, within company policy, for the efficient management of all aspects of the sites for manufacturing including production and maintenance / facilities.
Oversees and ensures the effective utilization of operational systems in quality control, cost of production, raw material and consumables for production, through appropriate personnel.
Ensures that operations are carried out at maximum efficiency within budgeted costs, meeting agreed objectives as to quality and output.
Overall responsibility for budgets and expense, including operations, sales margins, gross margin
Drives a major focus on customer service, implementing strategies to ensure efficient and quality service to all customers and interface with SCM Manager.
Ensures effective and accurate reporting occurs in a timely manner identifying efficiency, stock on hand, maintenance, staff costs and any other business requirements.
Overall responsibility for the general maintenance of buildings and preventative maintenance of equipment, and participates in long range plant expansion and equipment planning.
Job requirement
At least 10 yrs managerial experience working in manufacturing
Experienced working with diversified cultures
Good knowledge of local law
Good in English and Vietnamese and able to do translation
Computer literate (word, excel)
Analytical and strategic focus
Possess good financial knowledge
Good in communication, resourceful
Ability to handle conflicts and able to lead the team
