Job Description |
- Drive the business performance of the service centre
- Responsible for P&L, external affairs
- Ensure high service quality is always maintained
- Lead and delegate to a team of technicians, service engineers and monitor productivity
- Coach, supervise and develop team
- Maintain a safe work space and always create good team spirit
- Service customers - quote work, secure business and ensure repeat business
- Ensure the efficient operation of the of the workshop-including reordering and maintain stock levels

Job requirement |
- A high level of personal presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has an enthusiastic and positive approach with the ability to motivate the team.
- Good customer service ethics
- A sound understanding of Key Performance Indicators as business drivers.
- Experience in departmental budgeting and administration.
- Proven experience in building a service department.
- Understand the motor vehicle service industry
- Experienced in supervision- in a workshop environment
