Job Description
Provide operational coverage for all Banquet and Convention needs in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures.
Supervision of all Supervisors, staff and CLs in the department
Develop a highly motivated Banquet Operations team through professional leadership
Liaise with audio, visual and other sub-contractors in relation to current and future Banquet and Convention requirements, to ensure required level of technology and guest service is met
Liaise with the Executive Chef and Banquet Sales Department on any late changes to event orders
Job requirement
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate others
Have a minimum 3 years experience in the same role in 5* Hotels or Resorts
