Job Description
Manage the cards products / acquisition and portfolio team to achieve the established sales and business goals through effective planning, implementation and control of all aspects of the marketing and sales processes.
Manage line management activities to ensure ongoing proactive programs to reward existing customers with additional line of credit.
Manage the usage and privileges segment to ensure continued / relevant programs for customers to build customer preference to use cards for their daily spending habits.
Manage down the anti-attrition numbers by creating pro-active anti-attrition programs that ensures continued loyalty to the card.
Work with respective internal departments to ensure programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, credit policies, product communication and marketing budget.
Provide clear direction and communication to the relevant advertising agencies in devising, producing and execution of the advertising work, which will communicate the product positioning and the agreed objectives of the program.
Work with all sales channels to drive cards and portfolio sales and to ensure successful via high take-up / conversion rate.
Job requirement
Graduate with strong marketing skills, analytical and financial background.
Minimum 6 - 8 years marketing role in banking industry. Those with experience in consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.
Have exposure in credit risk management, operational processes, regulatory and compliance requirements.
