Job Description
Develop and evaluate the existing training systems and suggest a structure for each entity in carrying out the following:
General orientation and Departmental Orientation
Skills Training
On the Job Training
Group Training
Analyze the training needs of each entity and related departments
Facilitate the development of yearly departmental training plans (including budgets); audit the monthly training reports submitted by each entity or department
Design, conduct and evaluate core courses such as Orientation Training, Train the Trainers, Management Development, Coaching Skills, Effective Communication, etc. As well as refresher Courses.
Develop trainers for each entity and related departments; train and coach the Assistant Training
Manager if required
Set up training-related policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented
Evaluate and audit the reports and performance of external trainers; coach and counsel if necessary; develop effective evaluation systems
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for scheduled missions in each entity/department
Job requirement
Diploma in Training & Development
A minimum of two years of experience in Training field or in tourism/hospitality industry
Good listening skills/ presentation skills/ written skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Ability to use a variety of learning/ training concepts and principles
Proficiency in Ms software (Word/ Excel and Power Point)
Aggressive, sociable, pleasant personality, well-organized, customer-oriented and result-oriented
