Job Detail: Head of Finance & Administration

Report To: Global Head F&A

Department/Division: Administration team

• Manage the finance and accounting team to ensure smooth execution of financial planning and forecasts, budgeting, management
• Reporting, internal control, costing and taxation
• Report and analyze the monthly financial results and provide strategic advice to line business partner on a regular basis
• Formulate and implement overall tax strategies to achieve tax efficiencies for all operating units
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations
• In charge of the year end closing and auditing
• Oversees the It and Operations, HR and Administration and Facility management teams
• Responsible for guiding, mentoring and developing teams of professionals from various functional background

Essential Experience

• Mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and open-minded
• 10+ years relevant experience gained with leading multinational corporations
• Solid understanding of local tax laws accounting rules and regulations
• Strong leadership skills, English proficient, exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience of managing administration, HR, IT preferred
• Self starter and independent with minimum supervision from senior management
• Experience within an dynamic and multinational environment
• Westernized person

Formal Qualifications/Education

• Preferably horizontal move. Senior Financial controller / Financial Director / Director F&A
• CPA / Certificate issued by Ministry of Finance
