Job Description
Draft, review and/or scandalize various banking documents (e.g. loan agreements, mortgage/charge-over agreements, escrow agreements, CMAs, guarantees, forms for daily banking operation)
Provide legal advice, identify and resolve legal, compliance and AML issues relating to deal structuring and development of new products
Provide daily legal advice to managers, departments and customers of the bank
Be in charge of compliance and AML issues, e.g. drafting and implementing manuals, implementing Head Office related policies, conducting risk assessments and building checking/review programs with respect to compliance and AML in the context of Vietnamese law, and conducting checking on a regular basis
Provide legal, compliance and AML trainings to staff from time to time.
Job requirement
With at least 4 years of maintenance experience in a foreign bank
