Job Description |
- Assist the Country Head of Operations with the completion of all tasks relating to Operations and relieve in the Head position their absence.
- Accurate and timely completion of all daily types of operational transaction including trade finance.
- Respond to Nostro account reconciliations checks and investigations.
- Production of adhoc reports to internal and external parties
- Responsible for performing continuous review processes to mitigate risk and develop effective processes.
- Settlement of treasury products.
- International trade transaction processing such as Letter of Credit (L/C), import/export collections, bank guarantees, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with correspondent banks.
- Develop the Payments Development Team to provide excellent client service.
- Comply with operational risk mitigation best practice as prescribed by Risk and Compliance

Job requirement |
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking and 3 years in an operations role. Preferably having sound experience in Trade Finance
- Possess good analytical ability to conceptualize the “End to End process” of each respective area
- Demonstrates initiative and efficiency, whilst working proactively and collaboratively within a team environment
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- High level of accuracy and risk adverse whilst able to deliver timely execution of operational tasks
