Job Description
Developing and maintaining safety practices and safe work environment.
Manage the roles of production, warehousing of raw materials, finished products and accessories, equipment & machine maintenance, and receipt & dispatch of products.
Maintain machine and equipment in good condition
Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting on the production department.
Ensure that our products are recognized by clients with the continuous improvement of quality conforming to ISO 9001:2000.
Provide products to Customer at time negotiated and agreed with the Sales department.
Manage & utilize raw material and bought accessories on a first in first out basis, and with highest prime feed yield.
Provide leadership and opportunities for Production staff.
Job requirement
Degree qualified or equivalent through experience
A proven record in a Senior Manufacturing role in the steel building products industry
Strong Engineering background
Highly developed and effective influencing skills
Strong understand of a marketing led business strategy
The ability to work across a complex internal mix of function
A strong achievement profile
Ideally experience in a diverse cultural context
Deep understanding of the Technology within the roll-forming technology
Knowledge in safety management processes and systems
Experienced in system management and project management
