Job Description
Work with the General Director in developing strategies and executing marketing plans for undergoing live leasing of commercial space (retail and commercial)
To assist in the management of external agencies instructed to lease space for a substantial mixed use development
Assist with leasing contract documentation, handover processes and project management related aspects associated with retail delivery in particular
To report on budgets
Coordinate with key stakeholders
Maintain good relationships with tenants
To become a key member of the future property Asset Management team focusing on key property management interfaces required for the shopping mall / commercial tower components within the mixed use development
To maintain strong relationships with tenants under live operations and to assist with event management and promotions for the shopping mall
Job requirement
Degree holder or appropriate certification in related fields
At least 5 years of work experience in real estate brokerage for (retail and commercial areas)
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
Willing to travel on business trips on an ad hoc basis
