Job Description |
- Review of the architecture, structural and MEP drawings.
- Cross the reference drawings and check for any drawing discrepancies and highlight any discrepancies to the concern consultants.
- Verifying any dimensions between the structural and the architectural drawings with the interior design drawings.
- Checking the materials and technical specifications as per the consultants’ requirement.
- Site check on dimensions for any structural openings or dimension interfacing with MEP or interior fitting out works.
- Ensure works carried out on site is done according to the specifications and to the approved shopdrawings.
- Monitoring of the progress of works on site with the schedule submitted and highlight the areas when potential delays might occur.
- Checking on the quality of works carried out by the contractors to ensure that the works is done correctly.
- Preparations of the sign-off for the MEP works for the other works to proceed with any delay.
- Preparations of the daily works reports on progress of works, manpower on site, machinery on site and weather reports.
- To ensure that all contractors and workers will follow safety and procedures as set and to prevent accidents on site.
- Able to perform multi-task works as required.
- To ensure that QA/QC procedures as follow accordingly.
- To play a role that the works site in clean and safe.

Job requirement |
- At least a degree in any field of Engineering
- At least 5 years Architecture/Interior Design; Arts/Design experience of installation in housing construction and other areas in construction
- Good English speaking
- Good planning skills
