Job Description
Develop the business to be the prime brand for the market category.
Develop and ensure the achievement of sales revenue and gross margin budgets.
Maintain brand Image.
Buying.
Inventory Management.
PR & Marketing Management.
Develop and manage the performance of all direct staff.
Work closely with subordinates and support team to enhance the store/brand image up to standard at least.
Reporting directly to the CEO, managing full operations & responsibilities for developing and ensuring the achievement of sales revenue and gross margin budgets, recruiting, training, developing and managing the performance of all direct staffs.
Reporting directly to principal and/or Area manager, complete all report templates/requirements.
In charge of visual merchandising, working with merchandisers, window dressers on weekly basis for rotation of the garments, try to offer most suitable ambiences, directives for those stores.
In charge of seasonal buying at principal’ showroom (if request).
Work out buying analysis for all stores before buying trips.
Working on P&L, sales projections, analyzing weekly the progress of each product category and order accordingly.
Consolidate the stocks or repeat the order from brand/system (if applicable)
Work with the marketing team to plan annual media, events which brand want to participate in, magazines, fashion shows, billboards etc.
Coordinating various divisions of principal on a daily basis to get analysis of sales for Vietnam.
Train all local area managers and store managers on new products, their selling point, merchandising, directives on how to visually merchandise.
Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports, ensure that the performance and development of team members are actively managed.
Monitor and manage the performance of employees.
Monitor and manage inventory in weekly basis
Drive revenue growth through the design of business development strategies in line with the organizations vision.
Ensure the allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes (marketing budgets, staff incentives, etc)
Develop comprehensive policies, processes, procedures and standards to service daily operations.
Formulate and setting sales targets, promotions and incentives.
Analyze variances on monthly sales and formulate customized marketing strategies to improve monthly sales.
Pay monthly visit to other stores in different cities (if applicable)
Job requirement
University graduate in Marketing/Business
Good knowledge and experience of Branding/Marketing at Managerial role in foreign invested companies
