Job Description
Manage deal sourcing, structuring, executing investment projects and post investment monitoring including the overall evaluation of prospective investment opportunities, planning as well as establishing reliable exit strategies;
Manage real estate projects or active/existing portfolios; make recommendations to management on investment improvements;
Serve as primary liaison to prospective clients/investees and related services providers (i.e., external auditors, legal counsels, etc.);
Supervise ongoing projects, including delegation of responsibilities and projects to junior staff (via Senior Investment Officer/Senior Associate as appropriate);
Be responsible for monthly and/or quarterly reports, including calculation of the fund’s net asset value;
Provide professional advice/coaching to staff;
Supervise senior professional staff in the daily operations;
Supervise project team to ensure accurate and timely completion of required deliverables.
Job requirement
Vietnamese University Degree in finance / business related field (eg Economics, Finance, Accounting)
Preference given to professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, etc.,) or MBA from a reputable institution
Minimum five years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (must be able to build and quality control financial valuation models)
Prior experience in Real Estate Investments, Management Consulting, Valuation…
Prior experience in Infrastructure for Agricultural Products (plantations, big warehouses, power plants…)
Strong communication/negotiation skills
Good experience with Authorities…
Most important: Someone who can CLOSE THE DEAL and GET THE DEAL
