Job Description
Responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, review and evaluation of the organization`s HR Strategy.
Identify business led HR solutions that deliver commercial performance, provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide input on people and organisational issues. Lead, guide, develop and align HR plans to business strategy
Champion business change and continuous improvement in both the office and factories, leading and embedding business change plans in line with strategic business targets and initiatives.
Strategically support key people related change decisions, anticipating and effectively dealing with any people issues
Understand local business context, issues and challenges in the organization. Lead on the delivery of HR solutions as appropriate to enhance commercial performance
Managing all HR operations and delivery systems including resourcing, compensation, training, compliance, employee relations, HR Management Information Systems, talent management, performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation and manpower planning.
Deliver and implement HR policies and services consistently
Developing an effective engagement strategy, developing the organisational culture and managing complex employee relations issues.
Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and quality assured to ensure legal and group compliance and consistency of application.
Job requirement
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar qualification from a recognized university
A minimum of 10 years experience in HR capacity, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. Must have experience in organization transformation, strategic manpower rationalization and planning, recruiting foreign and contingent blue collar labor, dealing with relevant government agencies and labor agents, with the ability to influence Heads of Department on change. Preference will be given to candidates who have similar experience in the manufacturing industry and good understanding of Vietnam regulations.
Able to roll up sleeves and work closely with the Plant
Must have commercial mindset with the confidence to share ideas with executive level staff and key stakeholders.
