Job Description
Set up and implement HR Strategies according to the Bank objectives
Build up core value and Implement the Corporate Culture of the Bank;
Prepare HR forecasting and coordinate with other departments relating to the HR forecasts;
Develop and improve the Master Job Descriptions Directory;
Develop and implement the Standardize Salary System; define a competitive remuneration structure for the Bank
Improve the Recruitment Process and overall manage all recruitment activities for the Bank
Plan, coordinate and direct staff development program which included training, succession planning, performance appraisal and etc.
Establish and improve the Performance Evaluation System and KPI System;
Ensure Internal Communication will be organized effectively;
Build up and implement external communication to branding the Bank as the learning Organization
Plan and support the development of subordinate’ skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectively; using appropriate interpersonal styles to inspire and guide direct reports to action; supporting and facilitating the development of the knowledge and skills of individual work team members; providing timely feedback, guidance, mentoring, and training to help individuals reach goals; sharing information on individual performance relative to expected standards; facilitating discussion of improvement strategies
Job requirement
University Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent.
Professional Human Resources certification preferred
Years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required. 5 years min as a HR Department Head at a country level
Experienced working with executive, senior management, and financial institution or multi-site experience preferred
Direct people management experience and have good commercial judgment
