Job Detail: Marketing Manager

Conduct periodical market research i.e. competitor analysis for monthly management reporting.
Liaise with other business units i.e. credit approvers / IT / Credit Admin / Legal to ensure process flows are in place prior to any product launch.
Assist to conduct regional road-shows / briefings for product launches and training.
Assist to organize theme activities / campaign / participation in expo / associations.
Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.
Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execution
Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Direct staffs where budgets are developed
Manage marketing strategy to meet the targeted segments, print production, distribution.
Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Leads staff to conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Responsible for budgeting and delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget
Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate highly integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or its equivalent. Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable in the banking industry.
Well versed with consumer products.
Good communication in English & Mandarin, Vietnamese both spoken & written.
