Job Description |
- Manage 15 staffs to run the pastry operation of the restaurants
- Ensure deserts corners are always attractive to eaters by variety of cakes, breads
- In charge of preparing menu for buffets (breakfast and dinner) and a la carte orders
- Training and developing staffs
- Responsible for products quality, variety, food cost
- Select suppliers for best raw materials
- Prepare suitable menu depending on functions
- Stock inventory, orders

Job requirement |
- Degree holder or appropriate certification in related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in managing pastry kitchen in 5* hotels, resorts or fine dining restaurants.
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
