Job Description

  • Manage 15 staffs to run the pastry operation of the restaurants
  • Ensure deserts corners are always attractive to eaters by variety of cakes, breads
  • In charge of preparing menu for buffets (breakfast and dinner) and a la carte orders
  • Training and developing staffs
  • Responsible for products quality, variety, food cost
  • Select suppliers for best raw materials
  • Prepare suitable menu depending on functions
  • Stock inventory, orders
   

Job requirement

  • Degree holder or appropriate certification in related fields
  • At least 5 years of work experience in managing pastry kitchen in 5* hotels, resorts or fine dining restaurants.
  • Good management and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
