Job Description |
- Manage a Team of 20 ensure the smooth operation of Maintenance Team
- In charge of budget preparation and control.
- Departmental human resources management and development
- Preparation and implementation of major and minor capital works projects
- Strategic management of department direction and objectives.
- Ensuring correct and safe operation of all building services and equipment.
- Monitor and improve energy consumption.
- Implementation and monitoring of company policies and standards
- Fault finding and trouble shooting for the building and equipment.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of all systems.
- Liaise with the customer service department to ensure all requests from tenants related to Engineering are followed up well.

Job requirement |
- University degree in electrical refrigeration or mechanic engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience Chief Engineer in commercial buildings or international hotels
- Good command of English
