Job Description
Overall management of the customer service’s daily activities
Cooperating with other related departments to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of CS department within the company’s supply chain.
Managing CS staff to ensure the effectiveness of order processing and handling customer enquiries.
Implementing selling policies, service offers effectively.
Support the sales team by providing accurate and timely reports as requested by the SDs
Advise the Sales Directors of any significant issues either within the CS department or from customers which might be likely to impact negatively on the business
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the CS department, to achieve zero errors and enhance customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
Be responsibility to train and develop professional customer service team
Proactively identify areas/ initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
Job requirement
Well presented and spoken candidates
Strong leadership skill, good team player
Effective communicator with good problem solving skill.
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role of sales or customer- related functions
Experience in Logistic, Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
