Job Description
Directs the manufacturing of products at lowest cost consistent with established specifications as to quality and attainment of all customer requirements
Develops implements and manages logistical procedures, policies and practices to ensure that materials are transported and inventoried in the most effective, economical manner for optimum supply assurance.
Responsible for the preparation of all capital equipment and expense budgets and the maintenance and coordination of these financial estimates and plans
Responsible for selection, and installation equipment necessary to maintain facilities in a competitive position, as well as having ultimate responsibility for cost reduction and control programs while maintaining full utilization of manufacturing capacities.
Ensures that effective systems, procedures and financial controls are established within the functional areas of manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing and distribution.
Responsible for ensuring that GMP’s, quality initiatives and safe working conditions are resent at all time. Ensure various governmental certifications to include, but not limited to FDA, USDA, OSHA, Rabbinical (Kosher), etc.
Job requirement

5 years of experience in the same role in the food industry is preferred
