Job Description
Assume overall responsibility for the set up and management of the company’s Accounting and financial systems across all offices.
Within the head office, manage the Accounting department to ensure they complete all required tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner
In consultation with the CEO and COO, set up and monitor the budget on a quarterly basis for the entire organization
Develop the templates, SOPs and implement a financial reporting system for the entire organization including revenue, profit and loss, cash flow and budget summary reporting
Provide management reporting and commercial analysis to senior management to identify where cost savings are achievable
Be responsible for integrating front office and back office operations
Consolidation of all regional offices, and investigation into potential restructuring to enhance the company’s position
Production and explanation of financial reports to enable a third party to accurately assess the quality of the company’s performance
Review of the Management Letter recommendations after completion of external financial audit, and follow up on necessary requirements
Minimization of taxation risk across the organization/company
Control and monitor tax liabilities and obligations to minimize taxes for the group.
Job requirement
Vietnamese candidates or local expatriates
Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Financial Controller or in a similar role
Policy development and implementation skills
Solid understanding of Vietnamese culture, local tax laws, accounting rules and regulations.
Trustworthy
CA/CPA qualified preferred
Bachelor of Finance or Economics preferred
Working well under pressure, independently & in a group environment
