Job Description
Maintain proper internal control over revenue of all restaurants and whole company.
Ensure all necessary books and records are being properly maintained as required by law
Monitor the financial performance of all departments and advised the management of any remedial actions required.
Prepare statistical analysis as required by the management.
Assist General Manager and Department Heads in the complication of budgets and forecast covering all activities of the company; discuss and assist in resolving the problems related to accountancy procedures
Prepare annual budget for approval.
Maintain proper budgetary control.
Prepare and submit the finance report to management, board of directors and franchisor office
Manage the administrative work at the corporate office.
Oversee IT system to achieve the smooth and effective operation of the system in the company
Oversee the selection, training and development of finance & admin personnel
Job requirement
A dynamic professional with 5+ years of professional experience.
Hands-on, possess a high energy level
College Degree in Finance and Accounting
Significant accounting, forecasting, planning and benchmarking experience is required. CPA (or other major ERP expertise) is preferred.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese), organizational, presentation, business, analytical and accounting skills
