Job Description
Working cross-functionally with other departments (marketing, operations,), the IT Manager is tasked with developing and shepherding the overall IT strategy of the company. This strategy must keep pace with the demands of the business at the least possible cost
Manage all IT issues not limited including software, hardware and IT outsourcing.
Responsible for IT service working stable including System, Server, Network connection, PABX system and other Application relate Business Operations.
Develop strategic and operation plans for control, management, and improvement of IT capabilities.
Ensure that IT department objectives and plans are aligned with the company objectives.
Propose, develop, implement, and monitor the approved IT plan.
Ensure that all system and programs are properly used and maintained.
Ensure an appropriate and effective infrastructure for IT activities.
Choose and implement management systems, programming tools and systems, written guidelines, organizational standards and functions, and work procedures for IT that are coherent with company standards.
Manage and standardize request procedures. Ensure that all support commitments are delivered on the agreed timeline.
Ensure highest level of organizational efficiency through effective hiring, training, motivating and developing IT personnel.
Manage and review the performance of IT staff. Provide training and development opportunities as appropriate.
Manage and direct IT service. Provide feasibility studies, system analysis, and design construction. Implement, test, document, operate and evaluate information, communication, and office automation system.
Ensure that the online networking systems provide the necessary interfaces and features to meet the needs of the intended user experience.
Provide on call support for online environment issues which arise.
Required to be able to work flexible hours, occasionally rotating shifts as necessary, working weekends and/or off hours.
Recommend purchase, rent, lease, license, or other acquisition of computer system (communication system, hardware, software, or other services) to meet the company requirements. Ensure that these purchases are cost effective, align with company policy, and provide reliable and timely services.
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree majoring in an IT related field such as Computer Science or Business Information System.
At least 5 years of experience on IT, in managing roles.
Customer oriented
Preferably knowledge of IT organization, processes, methods and strategy.
