Job Detail: Relationship Manager-Business Banking

Accountabilities

• To establish new accounts and grow interest and fee income in line with the bank’s targets.
• To source, originate, structure and execute the transactions in line with customers’ needs, with the bank strategic priorities and in compliance with regulations.
• To prepare and execute proper loan documentation in accordance with local regulations and in line with the head office’s standard.
• To meet the bank’s overall business targets (revenue income, profitability, ROA, cost-to income ratio and NPL ratio).
• To manage credit quality of the portfolio by keeping abreast with the industry developments and market development which impacts our clients.
• To submit timely credit reviews of existing exposures and conduct regular reporting to Head office.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Assess, anticipate and respond to the banking financial needs of clients and develop/deliver appropriate solutions with the help of product groups.
• Cross sell products.

Specification

• At least three (03) years working experience in the banking industry at the same position
• Advanced understanding about Banking products (credit, deposit…)
• Sales oriented.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, writing), Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Good skills of communication, customer service, management and problem solving
• Team work spirit and ability to work with various external teams

Qualifications/Education

• University graduated, major in Banking/Finance/Foreign Trade. Master degree is a plus
