Job Detail: Sales Manager, Cash Management

• To drive and close new cash management sales deal
• To identify prospect and opportunities to grow cash management revenue
• To manage expectation and maximize wallet share of existing clients
• To ensure a smooth and satisfactory solution implemented to our clients
• To support / coordinate with various stakeholders, locally and regionally, in arising tasks assigned
• New client acquisition
• Achievement of defined sales target
• Proactive participation into our responses to RFP / global / regional pitches
• Feedback on market trend / corporate needs and contribute to the continuous improvement / competitiveness of our products

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Banking, Finance or equivalent
• Adequate banking experience (or relevant experience of min 2 years) with good exposure  to cash management (sales / products)
• Certification in International Cash Management will be an advantage

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels in an organization
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Refined interpersonal skills
