Job Description
Manage sales team of 50, 3 braches
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to increase revenue for the sales team.
Establish strategic relationships with key marketing and digital media contacts.
Develop existing and new client channel and agency relationships at all levels including, but not limited to, VPs, event planners – establishing depth of reach within each organization to maximize business potential.
Develop sales strategies and work with other members of the gaming sales team to present, maximize business opportunities
Proactively seek opportunities to develop incremental revenue.
Have knowledge of competitive marketplace.
Meet individual revenue goals and assist the team in meeting collective revenue goals.
Manage information pipeline providing all current revenue tracking for reporting.
Develop the internal relationships needed to manage the selling process.
Offer clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively and accurately informing the pipeline in system (Sales force) of opportunities across the region via weekly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Prepare and report weekly sales figures and sales calls to management via Sales force.
Job requirement
Vietnamese candidates with 5 years minimum ad sales experience in the DOSM of 5* Hotels/Resorts or Tourism Companies.
Successful track record achieving goals and objectives.
Excellent ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Strong understanding and experience across media (broadcast, cable, online, online video, social, outdoor).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership skills, team player.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accountability to deadlines.
Creativity and ability to develop promotional and sales concepts for proposals that will enhance clients’ marketing efforts and deliver on stated goals and objectives.
