Job Description
Work with outlet managers to supervise the outlets during all hours of operation, ensure high standards of service and operating procedures are followed
Prepare daily reports, including turnover, cash book, staff control, supplies
Analyze and plan restaurant turnover levels and profitability
Promote supplier and stock control as a means of minimizing costs
Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control and minimize
Develop public relations and marketing activities, including preparing monthly business development plans and reporting results
Compile monthly sales, business trends and promotion results and feedback • Prepare sales forecast and monthly expenses for various reports
Communicate and present a positive attitude to provide leadership to all staff at all times in order to attain all desired goals
Monitors staff sales techniques to ensure both suggestive and up-selling being done at all times, to improve sales
Promote good relationship with regular guests in order to maximize returned guests and minimize guest complaint, handle it effectively and diplomatically if occurred
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
Job requirement
Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated candidates
10 years experienced in managing role in restaurant chain, international standards
