Job Detail: Site Development Manager

1. Conduct/ give guideline to staffs for the first of Landlord approaching.
     + Site evaluation for finance.
     + Landlord negotiation
     + Get internal approval the Location Summary Report.
     + Sign OTL/ contract and handover to Back line.

1. Study market & define potential trade areas should be entered of business units as assigned.
2. List out targeted/prime location from potential trade areas for poaching process.
3. Build up and maintain relationship with key agencies and alliances.
4. Complete “Location Summary Report” to direct manager for approval
5. Approach potential landlords for location acquisition.
6. Close all basic contract terms of location as below:

-      Type of contract, Rent and Rent review, Size, Lease period, Deposit, Fit-out period, hand over date, payment term & 1^st payment & renewal right and a cap of renewal period.

-      Some more terms if landlords’ requirement.

-      Align with relevant department for above contract negotiation if requested.

1. Handover above contract terms and align with NSO team for contract signature.
2. Support other works if requested by direct manager/HOD

Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree, college, etc)
•	University
•	Field of Studies: Marketing/Sales
•	Specialty training/Certification: English/Computer

Experience (years of experience i.e: 5 year of experience in similar position)
•	3 year in similar position

Knowledge of:
•	Real estate
•	Proficiency in city’s street
Skills (Ability to):
•	Negotiation
Working hours:
•	Able to work long periods of time
