Job Detail: Project Sales Manager

-       Achievement of yearly sales target and Assessment of costs involved for all 3rds

-       supplies, services and execution related work

-       Preparation of cost sheet and margin estimation:

-       Set up and keep relationship with partners: M&E, Lighting Consultant, Architecture….

-       The Sales Manager performs at least the following tasks:

• High level contact to clients
• Establish and manage of Key Account Chanel to match with Sales Strategy  
• The proper performance of internal and external project organization manages budget, organization and planning of the project
• Set up contacts on high level with employer, suppliers and contractors
• Frequently visits the customers, project site for project progress discussions with relevant parties
• Have contacts with financial, fiscal and legal departments for adequate control
• Continuous risk analysis and adequate improvement actions for proper project control
• Co-ordinate with other team such as: Design, Technical , Procurement …
• Checks compliance with HS&E regulations

• At least 5 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
• Affinity with the technical & contractual contents of the project
• Establish and maintain high level contact with Clients
• Able to maintain good relations with employer, contractors and suppliers
• Entrepreneur, goal getter, decision taker, judicial, anticipating, planner
• controller
• Ability to lead team, negotiator and conflict manager
• Stress resistant, flexible and capable to cope with uncertainties
• High availability and frequent travel
• Communicative and fluently in English
