• Mentor staff and tailor programs to suit individual needs in addition to company needs.
• Conduct fun and motivating orientation sessions.
• Create training materials.
• Develop multimedia visual aids.
• Create testing and evaluation processes.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide workshops, demonstrations, on-the-job training, conferences and training activities.
• Provide performance feedback.
• Exemplify the desired culture and values of the company.
• Assist in any other areas of the restaurant, as required.
