Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the C&B & Recruitment Team team
2. In charge of Salary Wage Budget Planning and Budgeting for the Company
3. In charge of the C&B Administration activities including but not limited to:
- HR Software & Systems
- Payrolls
- HR Statutory and Company Reports – Government and Internal
- Personal Income Tax matters – Declaration/Finalization/Follow up, local and expats
- Compulsory Social & Medical Insurances
- Employees’ benefit plans & management
4. In charge of HR Policy Compliance & Administration:
Key role in dealing with employees and business partners/principals in explanation of Vietnam’s labor
- Handling of Staff –related matters such as welfare, benefits, disciplinary, etc...
- Act as key partner with HR Manager in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and practices
- Be in charge of organizing and leading a Code of Conduct and Compliance implementation at Company
- Contact Regional Office for updates relating to Code of Conduct or Compliance Programs.
- Give consultancy of assessment about Conflict of Interests.
- Be responsible to develop and implement the procedures/ processes of Compliance Program.
5. Administrative Management
- Be responsible to develop and maintain the personnel filing system
- Be responsible to develop and monitor the process relating to HR admin.
6. Assist HR Director in HR Projects and any other tasks assigned.
