Accounting Manager

Ho Chi Minh

• Handing full set of accounts independently & financial reporting
• Perform budgeting and forecasting
• Issuing VAT sales invoice weekly
• Liaising with auditors, bankers and customers
• Preparing Vietnam tax filings
• Performing HR functions, like recruitment, monthly headcount report to US head office, organizing sales conference, general office administration etc
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Familiar with Vietnam taxation
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient at using MS Windows (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, maturity, good team spirit with proactive and positive working attitude
• Able to work independently
