Job Description
Be ready to be trained in Tokyo, Japan for 1 month for the brand’s operation and know-how.
Make sure to learn and capture all training knowledge.
Set up and deploy all necessary procedures such as operation flows, staff training, management control system, customer service, kitchen operation, hygiene, safety, maintenance and admin… based on training and experience.
Make sure readiness of team members, operation systems, facilities, equipment … for the 1st and future restaurants.
Plan and work closely with HR, Admins to make sure good recruitment, screening, training and development of staffs at all levels.
Build up team spirits based on the company’s culture.
Build up, maintain and develop products and customer service standard to help the company/brand become a top-notch player in casual-dining-restaurant sector.
Plan, deploy, evaluate and report operation flows, strategies, staffs’ working schedules, marketing, action plans, sales objectives… on a weekly and monthly basic to the company’s President.
Resolve all issues with customers’ complaints, Health Department, Fire Department, Staffs…
Requirement

Minimum 5 years of overall experience in restaurant/hospitality business.
Experienced as operation/store manager level (min 2 years).
