Job Description
Operation & Customer Service Management
Being directly responsible for the following sections: Bowling & F&B and VGD operations
Managing the team of 26 people including Assistant CMs/Technicians/cashiers/ waitresses and bartenders; always looking at building up teamwork spirits and people development;
Establishing, monitoring clear customer service levels to ensure good customer service quality is delivered toward any of our customers with the goal “Customers are gold”.
Being responsible for building a strong business relationship with business partners, customers and vendors;
Implementing and monitoring incentive payment schedules to balance the cost-profitability ratio and boost up motivation levels of staff.
Marketing/PR Contribution
Conducting competitive analysis and post-promotion audits and media coverage;
Working with the Marketing Manager and the General Director in building up smart marketing plans to drive revenues;
Developing public relationship to enhance service and product visibility in the market.
Implementing approved marketing campaigns to drive revenues;
Profit and Lost Responsibilities
Formulating and implementing approved strategies to maximize sales and profits of the center;
Fully responsible for driving revenue of 3 sections: Bowling & F&B and VGD. In Bolwing section, fully focus on driving revenues for 3 key market segments: membership-tournament, corporate bookings, and walk-in clients ( with assistance of a sales executive if needed);
Planning, budgeting and controlling operating expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of the center
Identifying competitors’ products, benefits and new launches and working with sales effective team to respond to changing market dynamics.
Others
Making timely and accurate monthly and weekly reports on sales figures, budgets, WIP (work in progress), operation and marketing.
Taking other tasks if required by the General Director
Requirement
University Degree
Good communication in English & Vietnamese
Ability to work under pressure
At least 3 year experience in managing roles in hospitality industry
